In August, the operation rate of antimony concentrate remained at a low level in Chinese and overseas markets, and the supply was extremely tight. Influenced by this, the supply of antimony concentrate, antimony ingot, antimony trioxide and other downstream products continued keeping short and the prices moved up with a large markup. Producers claimed that it was hard for them to get raw material, so they had to reduce the output and held back from selling. Participants were optimistic about the coming market.
