During November, global cobalt market was in a downward. As industries such as lithium battery, cemented carbide, ceramics, glass, etc entered the off season, demand remained weak and market supply was sufficient. Most consumers were not in a hurry to purchase and cobalt market moved slowly. Many suppliers sold goods to lower prices in a panic and cobalt prices went down little by little.
