Rare earth market remains stagnant with few deals being concluded in November. On the one hand, suppliers are not inclined to sell materials at lower prices as separation and smelter plants have ceased production and major plants raise storage prices continuously. On the other hand, downstream users continue to hold wait-and-see attitudes.
Similar with that of domestic market, rare earth export market shows slack tendencies in November. Global economy remains grim, which leads overseas importers to delay buying rare earths.
