Domestic magnesia smelters seldom received new orders in November, and operation rate remained at the low level. Though the prices of coal increased in winter time, smelters didn’t adjust their prices in large range. As for magnesia export market, more materials were delivered in November according to the contracts signed in September and October. With fewer export quotas, magnesia export prices pushed up a little in spot market.
