This month, Chinese domestic HRC market carried on the sluggish situation due to concumers’ wait-and-see attitudes and their purchase policy of buying according to urgent needs. Leading steel mills-Baosteel, WISCO and Ansteel further reduced their list prices for December production in the wake of price decreases in October. In the absence of the demand from customers, insiders foresee a price decline in December.
