Bismuth price kept rising in April when downstream end users were still active in the spot market, enlarging procurement. However, the increasing output hinder bismuth price from rising too quickly especially when major consumers could secure orders at relatively lower prices due to large demand. As demand slowed down in the month, thin deals were made while suppliers kept unwilling to sell cheap.
