During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, Yunnan will strictly control the number of coal mines, and further increase the safety access threshold of coal mines with severe disasters such as deep mining, coal and gas outburst and high gas. During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, the threshold for coal mine safety access is: stop the approval of coal mine projects with a production capacity of less than 300,000t per year after reconstruction and expansion.
