India's finished steel output down by 5.3% YOY in Dec

Data from JPC showed that in December 2021, India's finished steel output recorded 9.39 million tons, down by 5.3% YOY while up by 1.9% MOM.
In December, India's finished steel consumption was 8.728 million tons, down by 15% YOY while up by 2.7% MOM.
In the first nine months of this fiscal year (Apr-Dec 2021), India produced a total of 82.209 million tons of finished steel, a year-on-year rise of 22.1%, and consumed 75.851 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 16%.
