In the first 3 weeks of December, Chinese manganese flake market saw weak demand, while most suppliers lifted their quotations in the last week of the month supported by tight supply. The prices of manganese flake 99.7%min decreased.
In early of December, most suppliers cut their prices given the weak demand. However, in the last week of December, export prices of manganese flake 99.7%min increased followed by the increase of EXW prices.
For European market, demand of manganese flake 99.7% kept weak in December, so the prices decreased. For Japanese and Korean market, the prices dropped due to decreased purchase volume.
