India terminates anti-dumping measures against China-related hot-rolled flat products of alloy or non-alloy steel

On January 6, 2022, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India announced that the Tax Bureau of the Ministry of Finance of India did not accept the Ministry of Commerce and Industry's final ruling recommendation of anti-dumping sunset review on September 14, 2021 for hot-rolled flat products of alloy or non-alloy steel originating in or imported from China, Japan, South Korea, Russia, Brazil and Indonesia, and it decided not to continue to impose anti-dumping duties on the products involved in the above-mentioned countries.
