According to information from the website of the Ministry of Finance on December 31, the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council announced the "Import and Export Tariff of the People's Republic of China (2022)", which will be implemented on January 1, 2022. Where laws and administrative regulations provide otherwise for the adjustment of import and export tariff items and tax rates, those provisions shall prevail.
