Shougang's tin plate output down by 2.8% YOY in Nov

According to production and operation bulletin information for November disclosed by Beijing Shougang Co., Ltd., due to the annual maintenance of the production line, the output of some key products of the company decreased year-on-year that month. Cumulative output of automotive sheet, tin plate and pickled automotive steel maintained a year-on-year growth.
Specifically, Shougang's auto plate output in November was 280,000 tons, down by 7.6% year-on-year; the cumulative output from January to November reached 3.26 million tons, an increase of 6.1% year-on-year. The production of tin plate in November recorded 50,000 tons, down by 2.8% YOY; from January to November, the total output was 580,000 tons, an increase of 7.1% year-on-year. The output of pickled automobile steel in November reported 60,000 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 26.1%; from January to November, the total output was 670,000 tons, an increase of 34.3% compared to the same period of last year. The monthly output of electrical steel recorded 130,000 tons, down by 2.6% YOY; from January to November, the total output was 1.38 million tons, a decrease of 1.8% year-on-year.
