Zhenhua Chemical to acquire 51% equity of Xiamen Shouneng Technology

On December 6, Zhenhua Chemical announced that the company intends to acquire the 51% equity of Xiamen Shouneng Technology Co., Ltd. held by Lin Mingzhu in cash; the target of the deal is specialized in the production and sales of electrolytes for high-performance lithium-ion batteries, with an annual production capacity of 5,000 tons of electrolyte. The initial valuation of the 51% equity of the target company in this deal is from RMB30 million (USD4.71 million) to RMB50 million (USD7.85 million).
