Kingclean completes acquisition of 100 equity of PGI

On December 2, Kingclean announced that PGI completed the registration of industrial and commercial change, and Kingclean became the sole shareholder of PGI and obtained the business license.
Established in 2004, PGI is located in the Shanghai Dazhong Industrial Park with a total investment of 10 million US dollars and a construction area of nearly 10,000 square meters. It is mainly engaged in precision machining of nodular cast iron, aluminum alloy die casting, aluminum alloy gravity casting and forgings. Currently, it forms an annual production capacity of 8 million pieces.
