CNGR inks strategic cooperation agreement with Easpring Material Technology

CNGR Advanced Material Co., Ltd. announced on November 30 that it has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Beijing Easpring Material Technology Co., Ltd. pursuant to which the two sides will launch all-round and multi-level cooperation on the development of nickel laterite ore in Indonesia, investment in LFP industry, overseas capacity distribution, product supply and sales, and the development of cutting-edge products used for lithium battery.
The two companies agreed to establish long-term relationship on the supply and sales of NCM precursor, high-nickel NCA precursor, cobalt tetroxide and lithium-manganese-rich precursor, the demand for which is expected to reach 200,000 tonnes to 300,000 tonnes in the coming three years. According to the agreement, Easpring Material Technology and its subsidiaries should give priority to the purchases of precursor from CNGR and the company's subsidiaries.
