Shareate to acquire no less than 66% equity of Zhuzhou Weikai

Shareate announced it intends to acquire no less than 66% equity of Zhuzhou Weikai Cutting Tools Co., Ltd. (Zhuzhou Weikai) with no more than RMB112 million (USD17.51 million) and raise capital to Zhuzhou Weikai. Particularly, 60% of the equity of Zhuzhou Weikai was held by Zhuzhou Jinwei Cemented Carbide Co., Ltd. Zhuzhou Weikai is a high-end digital cuttings manufacturer, focusing on the development and production of digital cuttings base material, groove structure, finishing and surface coating. This acquisition would improve Shareate's cemented carbide industry layout.
