ITC announces final judgment on third anti-dumping sunset review on magnesium metal from China

On October 28, 2021, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) voted for an affirmative final judgment on the third sunset review on magnesium metal imported from China, ruling that if the current anti-dumping measures are cancelled, import of the involved products will continue to impose material harm upon U.S. domestic industries within a foreseeable and reasonable period of time. Based upon the final ruling, the ongoing anti-dumping measures will continue to be valid. All five ITC members voted for the final ruling.
