On October 11, the "2021 Rare Earth Magnetic Materials Development and Application Seminar" hosted by Baotou Rare Earth Research Institute, Bayan Obo State Key Laboratory of Rare Earth Resources Research and Comprehensive Utilization as well as Bureau of Science, Technology and Information Technology of Baotou Rare Earth High-tech Zone was held in Baotou Rare Earth Research Institute. More than 100 industry experts and representatives from over 30 upstream and downstream magnetic materials related companies and scientific research institutes attended the meeting.
The meeting invited eight well-known experts in the field of rare earth magnetic materials and their applications for academic exchanges. Eight experts gave special academic reports on rare earth soft magnetic and permanent magnetic materials new technology research, the development status of magnetic materials new application fields, the development status and trend of rare earth magnetism, the formulation and revision of rare earth permanent magnetic material standards and other aspects.
Representatives and experts participating meeting conducted full exchanges, interactions and discussions on the production process, technology research and development, performance parameters, equipment design, standard formulation and others of rare earth magnetic materials.
