On October 12, Nanning Sugar Industry Co., Ltd. announced that Nanning Industrial Investment New Energy Vehicle Investment Co., Ltd. purchased 5.65% of the equity of Guangxi Alnan Aluminum Foil Co., Ltd. held by the company with about 11.07 million yuan (1.72 million US dollars) through public bidding in the property exchange. Nanning Sugar will sign the equity transfer contract with the transferee in accordance with the transaction confirmation of the equity transfer project, and submit the equity transfer contract to the property exchange.
