Colombia-based Drummond reported coal exports of 2.35 million tons in September, up by 3.4% YOY while down by 2.8% MOM.
From January to September, Drummond exported 24.20 million tons of coal, an increase of 9% from the comparable period of last year. The company's annual export guidance for 2021 is 31.50-33.00 million tons.
Drummond produced 2.13 million tons of coal in September, down by 5.9% YOY, hitting a new low since April 2020.
