Data released by Sinferbase indicated that Vale's iron ore exports reached 28.10 million tons in August 2021, up by 14.8% MOM but down by 3.5% YOY.
The company totally exported 180 million tons of iron ore in the first eight months of 2021, rising by 6.1% YOY.
The company's iron ore sales in Brazil were 1.58 million tons in August 2021, declining by 7.6% MOM while increasing by 22.5% YOY; the total sales in the first eight months of 2021 were 11.64 million tons, rising by 19.0% YOY.
