Jinyuan Group intends to acquire shares of Chenyu Mining

Jinyuan Group announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jinyuan New Energy, already signed a cooperation framework agreement on acquiring shares of Chenyu Mining with shareholders of the latter, which intends to sell its 51% shares. Owning a boron-magnesium ore mining license issued by the Tibet autonomous Region of Land and Resources, Chenyu Mining now gets the approval to excavate salt lake lithium ores and potash salt ores and is applicating a new mining license.
