Chengxin Lithium to conduct lithium carbonate and lithium hydroxide deep-processing business in Indonesia

Chengxin Lithium announced that its sub-subsidiary, Chengxin Internatinal, will establish a joint venture in Indonesia together with STELLAR to build a project of 50,000tpy lithium hydroxide and 10,000tpy lithium carbonate in IMIP in Sulawesi Tengah with a total investment of about USD350 million (USD54.22 million). Chengxin Internatinal will hold 65% shares of the joint venture. According to Chengxin Lithium, its lithium salt production capacity can be expanded sharply by this investment.
