Akcome's subsidiary to sell 49% stake in PV power station

Akcome Optronics Science & Technology Co., Ltd. announced on September 17 that its wholly-owned subsidiary Wuxi Akcome Power plans to transfer its 48.9% equity interest in Wujiaqu Akcome Power to Changsheng Privately Offered Fund for RMB147 million (USD22.74 million) and 0.1% equity interest in Wujiaqu Akcome Power to Three Gorges Power for RMB301,100 (USD46,580).
Before the transfer, Wujiaqu Akcome Power is 51% owned by Taixing Zhiguang Talents Science and Technology Square Management Co., Ltd. and 49% owned by Wuxi Akcome Power. Upon completion of the transfer, Wuxi Akcome Power will no longer hold any equity interest in Wujiaqu Akcome Power, while Taixing Zhiguang Talents will still hold 51% stake in Wujiaqu Akcome Power, with the remaining 48.9% and 0.1% held by Changsheng Privately Offered Fund and Three Gorges Power respectively.
