Kedali to invest no more than RMB1 billion in a new energy power battery precision structure project

Kedali announced that the company plans to invest and establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Jingmen, Hubei, and invest in the construction of Kedali Hubei Jingmen new energy power battery precision structure project with self raised funds of no more than RMB1 billion (USD0.15 billion). The construction period of the project is about 24 months. It is expected that the annual output value would reach about RMB2 billion (USD0.31 billion) after realizing its maximum capacity.
