India launches an anti-dumping investigation on stainless steel seamless tubes & pipes from China

On September 10, 2021, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India announced that it would initiate an anti-dumping investigation on stainless steel seamless tubes & pipes with a diameter of less than or equal to 6 inches originating or imported from China at the application submitted by several Indian enterprises. This case involves products under Indian customs code 7304. The dumping investigation period of this case is from April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021 (12 months), and the injury investigation period is from 2017 to 2018, 2018 to 2019, 2019 to 2020 and the dumping investigation period.
