HBIS Hansteel successfully develops highest strength level galvanized low-alloy high-strength steel in China

Recently, HBIS Hansteel successfully developed the first batch of 600MPa galvanized low-alloy high-strength steel HC550LAD+Z and delivered the product to a joint venture automobile manufacturer. The customer highly appreciated all performance indicators of the product and placed an order for another 500 tons. As the galvanized low-alloy high-strength steel with the highest strength level in China now, the product is used to produce back rest stiffener of passenger vehicle, with an increase of over RMB500/t (USD77.33/t) in benefit compared to 500MPa galvanized low-alloy high-strength steel.
