Honbridge Group and Yinuo Mining sign strategic investment agreement

Honbridge Group announced that its Board of Directors entered into a non-binding strategic investment agreement with Pinglu Yinuo Mining on July 22, 2021.
Through the transfer of the equity of Yinuo Mining, the company turned Yinuo Mining into a wholly-owned subsidiary or an affiliated company of the company. Yinuo Mining will lease the mining rights of Zhongsheng Bauxite for large-scale mining or lease the plant of Wusheng New Material for alumina production. The company will inject capital into Yinuo Mining in accordance with the future lease terms and actual production needs.
