Beijing Shenguo Technology and Wufeng Semiconductor hold signing ceremony

On June 16th, Beijing Shenguo Technology Group Co., Ltd. and Wufeng Semiconductor Technology (Changchun) Co., Ltd. held the signing ceremony in Xinglong comprehensive free trade zone in Changchun. At the ceremony, Beijing Shenguo Technology acquired a 60% stake in Wufeng Semiconductor.
Wufeng Semiconductor Project has signed an investment agreement with Xinglong comprehensive free trade zone, which will be carried out in two phases. The first phase would conduct the research and development of compound semiconductor chip technology and introduce partners for joint work by leasing the workshop in the innovation incubation park. In the second phase, part of the land in the comprehensive free trade zone will be used to build semiconductor chip research and development and production line and launch chip processing business. Phase I workshop of the project is ready for use. The site selection of Phase II is completed and the in-depth design of the workshop is under way. It is expected to start construction in August.
