3PEAK announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary 3PEAK Incorporated (Shanghai) plans to build the upgrading and industrialization project of analog integrated circuit products in Lingang New Area of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone. The total investment in the project is about 1 billion yuan (0.15 billion US dollars) in five years, including fixed assets investment of about 600 million yuan (92.82 million US dollars) and R & D investment of about 400 million yuan (61.88 million US dollars).
