SICC's IPO application on science and technology innovation board of SSE accepted

On May 31, the Shanghai Stock Exchange formally accepted SICC's application for listing on the science and technology innovation board.
According to reports, SICC plans to raise RMB2 billion (USD308.46 million) in this IPO, and will invest in silicon carbide semiconductor material projects after deducting issuance costs.
It's reported that SICC Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd. is responsible for the implementation of the silicon carbide semiconductor material project. The total investment of the project is RMB2.5 billion (USD385.58 million). It's planned to invest RMB2 billion (USD308.46 million) to raise funds. The project plan includes, but is not limited to, new production plants, power distribution and storage facilities, introduction of advanced production equipment at home and abroad, and storage of key raw materials such as carbon powder and graphite parts required for production.
