Benxi Steel Plates' steel mill records new low in iron melt consumption for producing one ton of steel

After reducing iron melt consumption for producing one ton of steel to 930kg in April, Benxi Steel Plates' steel mill made a breakthrough in cutting the iron melt consumption for producing one ton of steel to below and recorded 896kg on 4 May, hitting a historic low.
