In order to implement the guideline of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other 16 departments on Promoting the Withdrawal of Backward Capacity by Comprehensive Standards and Laws, and to promote the elimination of backward production capacity in accordance with laws and regulations in Fuzhou, the city formulated and issued the Work Plan for Withdrawal of Backward Production Capacity in 2021. The campaign will focus on the steel, coal, coal power, flat glass, paper, printing and dyeing industries.
