USITC makes final judgment on first anti-dumping and countervailing sunset review of industrial damage for steel nails

On October 6, 2020, the U . S . Department of Commerce announced that it would make the first final anti-dumping quick sunset review on steel nails imported from South Korea, Malaysia, Vietnam and Taiwan, and the first final anti subsidy quick sunset review on products imported from Vietnam . On January 28, 2021, the U . S . Department of Commerce announced that it would make the first final anti-dumping quick sunset review on steel nails imported from Oman.
