Xincheng county court holds first meeting of Hongtu Manganese's creditors

On the morning of 25 December, the first creditors' meeting of Guangxi Xincheng Hongtu Manganese Industry Co., Ltd. was successfully held at Xincheng county court.
Founded in 2004 with registered capital of RMB8.88 million (USD1.36 million), Guangxi Xincheng Hongtu Manganese Industry Co., Ltd. was engaged in smelting and rolling business of ferrous metals. As the company failed to repay matured debts and held insufficient assets to pay off all debts, Xincheng county court decided to accept the company's application for bankrupt in August 2020.
After the acceptance, Xincheng county court timely appointed custodians, accepted claims of creditors and made preparations for the first creditors' meeting. The success in holding the meeting laid solid foundation for carrying out bankruptcy liquidation of the company.
