Yongda Iron and Steel puts quantum electric arc furnace project into production

On December 28, 2020, Wuzhou Yongda Iron and Steel Group held a ceremony for completing the construction and starting production of the 100t quantum electric arc furnace construction project.
Wuzhou Yongda Iron and Steel Group EAF-100t quantum electric arc furnace project is the production equipment and technology transformation and capacity transfer project of Wuzhou Yongda Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. With a total investment of RMB800 million (USD122 million), the project could produce steel products of one million tons annually and create an annual output value of over RMB400 million (USD61.24 million).
