Yingkou Port: Controlling shareholder to transfer 7.2% equity to Pangang Group

Yingkou Port announced on the evening of December 27 that its controlling shareholder Yingkou Port Group planned to transfer its 466 million shares through an agreement to Pangang Group and the latter as a transferee will transfer 515 million shares of Pangang Vanadium and Titanium through an agreement to Yingkou Port Group to pay for the consideration. If the equity transfer runs smoothly, Yingkou Port Group still will be the controlling shareholder of the company and the actual controller is China Merchants Group but Pangang Group will hold 7.2% equity of the company.
It is said that in order to implement the three-year actions for reform among state-owned companies and complement each other's advantages, Pangang Group participated in this transfer.
