On December 27, 2019, the completion ceremony of the silicon carbide substrate project of Jiangsu Tianke Heda Semiconductor Co., Ltd. was held in Phoenix bay Electronic Information Industrial Park of Xuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone.
It's understood that the project has a total investment of RMB500 million (USD71,432,711), covering an area of 26,000 square meters, and can achieve an annual output of 60,000 pieces of 4-8 inch silicon carbide substrates.
