Yongxin Nonferrous Metal puts phase I of secondary zinc project into production

On 25 December, Wuzhou Yongxin Nonferrous Metal Co., Ltd. officially put its phase I of secondary zinc production project of 100,000tpy into production, and the construction of phase II began.
The project has a total investment of 800 million yuan (115 million US dollars), covering 110,000 square meters. After the completion of the project, its zinc recovery rate would reach 94%, and an annual capacity of 100,000t for secondary zinc ingot would be formed. With a investment of 500 million yuan (71.68 million US dollars), the phase I of the project is running at full capacity now, and has an annual capacity of 42,000t, and it will contribute a tax revenue of 50 million yuan (7.17 million US dollars) and an output value of 1 billion yuan (0.14 billion US dollars). The phase II of the project is planned to be completed by the end of next year.
