Guocheng Mining to acquire 51% shares of Ergun Chengcheng Mining

Guocheng Mining announced on 26 December that it intended to acquire 51% shares of Ergun Chengcheng Mining (the target company) owned by Baojin Mining.
The target company owns two mining claims, namely Exploration of Inner Mongolia Ergun Dongjun Lead-silver Mine with certificate No. T15120080202002447 (validity period is from February 2, 2018 to February 1, 2020) and Exploration of Inner Mongolia Ergun Dongjun Zinc-lead-silver Mine X Belt with certificate No . T15120180402054660 (validity period is from February 2, 2018 to February 1, 2020). Guocheng Mining explained that directly acquiring claims by acquiring the assets of the target company would help increase the company's resource reserves and open up new mining projects
