Wanfeng Auto Wheels to transfer 9.59% shares of CENAT at RMB155 million

Wanfeng Auto Wheels announced on December 25th that it will sign a share transferring agreement with Shenzhen Bangya Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (Bangya Electronic) to transfer its 60 million shares of Shanghai CENAT New Energy Co., Ltd. (CENAT) to Bangya Electronic at RMB1,546,877 based on CENAT's total estimated value of RMB1.613 billion. After the transferring is finished, Wanfeng Auto Wheels won't hold any share of CENAT while Bangya Electronic will hold 60 million or 9.56% shares of CENAT.
