Jianlong Group's bankruptcy reorganization draft plan for Xilin Iron and Steel approved

On December 24, 2018, Jianlong Group's bankruptcy reorganization draft plan for 40 companies including Xilin Iron and Steel Co., Ltd was formally approved by Yichun intermediate people's court of Heilongjiang province.
This is another breakthrough for Jianlong Group since its successful reorganization of WINDMILL Group Limited (now renamed Shanxi Jianlong Industry Co., Ltd.) and Jianlong Beiman Special Co., Ltd. Henceforth, Jianlong Group, with total iron and steel annual capacity of 32 million tons, has become the only iron and steel enterprise in Heilongjiang and one of the top five iron and steel enterprises in China.
