Lomon Billions' 200,000tpy titanium dioxide project granted bank loan

It is reported that the signing ceremony of 200,000tpy chloride titanium dioxide project ("the Project") between Lomon Billions and bank consortium was held at the headquarters on December 11th. Representatives from Export-Import Bank of China ("EIBC"), Industrial and Commercial Bank of China ("ICBC"), and Lomon Billions attended the ceremony.
At present, the Project is proceeding smoothly. Besides, Henan Billions New Materials Co., Ltd. has invested about 700 million yuan of its own capital into the project successively. It is expected that they would put the Project into operation in 2019 and basically complete most of the construction by the end of the year. At present, it is urgently awaiting the issuance of syndicated loans to support the follow-up construction and commissioning of the Project. In addition, EIBC and ICBC have approved the loan with the amount of 950 million yuan in total.
