Cinda and CHALCO sign agreements on CHALCO debt-to-share project

On December 22, 2017, CHALCO staged the launching ceremony for its debt-to-share project, and officials from China National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) as well as representatives from China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd. (Cinda) attended the ceremony.
CHALCO is the leading aluminum enterprise in China, and Cinda as one of its long-term shareholders has maintained a sound cooperative relationship with CHALCO. Echoing government call on supporting development of the real economy, Cinda took part in the CHALCO debt-to-share project. It is expected that, upon completion of the project, CHALCO's capital structure will be optimized, its corporative administrative structure further enhanced, and sustainable development capacity further improved, thus laying sound foundation for adjusting capital structure, enhancing profiting capacity and achieving strategic upgrade of the company.
