Shanghai Putailai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. announced on the evening of December 19th that it will inject raised fund of RMB200 million to subject of fund-raising - Liyang Zichen New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. for the implementation of "the capacity expansion of a high-performance lithium-ion battery anode material project with 20,000tpy-capacity and construction of R & D center".
It is reported that Putailai publicly issued 63.7 million common shares with RMB16.53 per share to raise RMB1.053 billion totally, with a net value of RMB999.18629994 million. The above fund got in place on October 30th, 2017.
