Chendong Chemical start project of new silicomanganese and chrome alloy submerged arc furnaces

On December 1st, Chayouqian Banner Chendong Chemical Co., Ltd. has been approved on expanding production of 4 sets of fully-closed submerged arc furnaces, indicating that the project has been in stage of formal production, which covers 2 sets of fully-closed silicomanganese submerged arc furnaces of 33000KVA and the other 2 sets of fully-closed chrome alloy submerged arc furnaces of 33000KVA based on initial investment of RMB320 million. The newly built furnaces are advantageous in highly-added value, energy saving, environmental protection, etc. which will further promote the product competitiveness, reduce energy consumption and improve efficiency for the company and meanwhile minimize the impact of the surrounding environment.
