During early November, steel mills generally finished their concentrated purchases with purchase prices largely at RMB8,200-8,300/t VAT included delivered to the plant by acceptance
Manganese ore prices were much more stable in November than in October. Prices had reached higher levels by the end of October, but end consumers were slow to purchase at high prices, so traders hesitated to raise prices further; as a result, suppliers of high grade manganese ore, plagued by poor sales, lowered prices slightly to promote sales approaching the end of the month . However, that was just a temporary behavior . Therefore, prices may continue to rise supported by CIF prices.

Moving into mid-to-late November, silicomanganese prices began rising with spot prices moving up from RMB8,000-8,200/t to RMB8,500-8,700/t VAT included delivered to the plant by acceptance for a time .
