Domestic ferrosilicon spot market supply has kept tight this month with no big price fluctuation. Producers generally didn’t keep stock while traders complained about the thin profit margin. While in the export market, prices had held firm for the first half month, however, due to completion of foreign buyer’s Q3 purchasing, the prices have shown signs of softness beginning from the latter half month, and traders also reported fewer inquiries.
