Chinese molybdenum market softened as a whole in February with prices keeping declining. The market was quiet in mid-February as the Spring Festival holiday was just over. Although many converters have started operations, deals did not increase obviously. Some steel mills started purchasing ferromolybdenum from the second half of February, while the concluded volume and price were both lower than those in January.
