Rare earth market saw increasing prices and few deals in July. On the one hand, suppliers lift up prices and intend to hold stocks for a while. On the other hand, consumers, feeling the impact of flat downstream industries, just make purchases from hand to mouth. Although consumers lack faith in rare earth market, suppliers prefer to hold wait-and-see attitudes as there is a rumor that Chinese government will carry out rare earth storage policy in August or September.
